STUDIO PHOTOSHOOT
STUDIO INFORMATION
Our studio is a minimalist space with a standard white background.
Options for ivory, cream, pastel colors, and sheet backgrounds are available upon request.
Most themed sessions will be conducted on white backgrounds with added colors to make the images stand out.
The studio session starts at $275, everything else is á la carte, see our add on options below.
The remaining “unedited” images do not come with the package.
BOOKING GUIDELINES
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
ALL Clients must provide a photo I.D. with a visible name and photo; addresses may be crossed out for privacy. The studio location will be sent once the client(s) send their.I.D.
STUDIO ACCESS POLICY
Clients are advised that no additional individuals are permitted during studio sessions under any circumstances. When doing kid sessions there's a (2) person limit as the kid will need supervision.
Photo shoots will be canceled without deposits refunded if clients show up with extra individuals.
GROUP PHOTOSHOOT LIMITATIONS
Group photoshoots are limited to a maximum of four people. The studio mini covers two people, additional people will be an additional $25 per person.
Only family and couple photo shoots will be accepted for male clients; solo male sessions are not eligible unless approved.
CLIENT PREPARATIONS
Clients should come to their session ready to shoot.
Attire and hair should be prepared in advance.
If you need to change at the studio, please reach out so we can arrange entry 5-10 minutes before the session time.
SAME DAY REQUEST
Please let us know beforehand if you have a same-day request.
Same day images will have a fee of $75 when available.
Please note that there’s a very high chance that same-day requests may not be accommodated.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to secure a photo shoot booking.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
In-studio late fee is $25
Late fee will be applied to the final balance after 10 minutes of the scheduled session time.Please be mindful of the session after yours.
TURNAROUND TIME
The turnaround time is 5-10 days, depending on the photographer’s current workflow.
Proofs (photos to select from) will be sent 24-72 hours after the shoot during business hours, check your email spam folder if you don’t see it.
